We are injection molding experts with decades of experience and can rely on the unrivaled expertise of our long-standing employees. Our precise solutions optimize production, reduce costs and ensure the highest quality.

Our production area covers 4,000 square meters. Using state-of-the-art injection molding machines with clamping forces of 500 kN to 10,000 kN (50 t to 1,000 t), we manufacture plastic injection molded components weighing between 5 g and 3,500 g.

We process a variety of thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PA, PBT and ABS, as well as blends such as ABS/PC or PC/PBT.

But that's not all - at SCHLIESSMEYER we rely on many years of experience with high-performance plastics such as PPS, partially aromatic polyamides (PPA) and long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFT).

Our expertise in the 2K injection molding process enables the production of components with hard-soft connections. We use innovative tool concepts that work either with a turntable, index plate or in a transfer process. The hard component is often made of PA or ABS, while the soft component is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).

In addition to the clearly defined assembly process, which includes gluing, screwing and ultrasonic welding, you can rely on the high quality standards of our employees and on-time completion.
