In toolmaking, SCHLIESSMEYER GmbH places great emphasis on precision and durability. Our highly qualified specialists use advanced CAD/CAM systems to develop tailor-made tools that are perfectly tailored to our customers' requirements.
By using the latest CNC machines, we guarantee a high level of precision and repeatability in the manufacture of our tools. This not only ensures efficient series production, but also the consistent quality of the plastic injection molded parts.

Injection molding solutions that impress
Welcome to the innovative world of SCHLIESSMEYER, where the latest technology is used on an impressive area of 4,000 square meters. Our state-of-the-art injection molding machines with clamping forces of 500 kN to 10,000 kN (50 t to 1,000 t) produce technical plastic injection molded components from 5 g to 3,500 g. We use a variety of thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PA, PBT and ABS as well as blends such as ABS/PC or PC/PBT.
But that's not all - at SCHLIESSMEYER we have many years of experience with high-performance plastics such as PPS, partially aromatic polyamides (PPA) and long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (LFT).
Our expertise in the 2K injection molding process enables the production of components with hard-soft connections. We use innovative tool concepts that work either with turntables, index plates or in the transfer process. The hard component is often made of PA or ABS, while the soft component is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
Automation is not a concept for us - it is an essential part of our processes. We plan and implement automation in-house and develop removal grippers for robots as well as automation systems for inserting components into the injection mold. In addition, we have various automated assembly devices for a wide range of applications, including the subsequent melting of threaded bushings, the pressing in of bushings, the screwing of components and the quality monitoring of assembled assemblies.
Precision is the main feature of our gauges. These are the basic requirement for dimensionally accurate production.
As a test gauge manufacturer, we develop and manufacture a wide variety of measuring devices in our in-house tool and gauge construction according to your specific requirements.
These support you in the dimensional accuracy testing of complex parts and system components and form the foundation of efficient and at the same time high-quality production monitoring.
Modern 3D technology in design and production guarantees the problem-free insertion and removal of components and enables the production of complex contours.
